
As most of you know i am on the AAA division 2 hcstorm soccer team. it is WAY stinkin' fun! well we have a soccer tournament coming up. it's the USA tournament (i think) in park city. well i just got a email from my coach telling us to start eating lots of pasta and to stock up on carbs. Well i really don't want to eat pasta every for the next week, so i have a question what other foods have lots of carbs??

Whole grains are good - (whole wheat pasta which you said you didn't want to eat too much of), brown rice (like with some yummy Thai food), whole wheat bread, cereals (Kashi cereal is good cause it has the carbs + protein, or there is one called Strawberry Delight with good carbs and fiber + protein too) ... whole wheat waffles or pancakes .... fruits and veggies .... so many yummy foods!
good luck in your tournament you!! you will have an amazing time! and then you get to come home and go to girls camp! and then we get to go to wyoming together!! it's gonna be a blast! Do amazing and tell your whole team i said good luck!!
